FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
FOR eSTATEMENT USERS

 

I understand as a Kinetic Credit Union eBranch Home Banking user that I will have the ability to access my credit union account statements online. This includes the ability to view, print and save my current and a limited number of my historical eStatements.  By accepting this disclosure, I understand that:

If I registered for eStatements prior to the 25th of the month, my FIRST eStatement will be available for viewing at the end of the month that I submit my acceptance of this disclosure statement.  If I registered for eStatements on or after the 25th of the month, I understand that my FIRST eStatement will be available for viewing the next full month after I submit my acceptance of this disclosure statement.  I also understand that I will receive the message "No statements are currently available, please try again later" until my FIRST online statement is made available.

By choosing the eStatements option, I will not receive a mailed paper statement beginning with the month my FIRST online statement becomes available.  Should you choose to convert back to paper statements in the future, you will need to send an E-mail through eBranch stating that you no longer wish to receive eStatements or you can notify us by telephone at (706) 320-8500.  

Historical statements will be available online for a period of six (6) months, after which time they will be purged.  Kinetic Credit Union can provide you with a paper copy of any historical statement you require in person or by mail.  To obtain a paper copy of a statement, you will need to request it in person at one of our branches, by telephone at (706) 320-8500, or send a written letter of request to Kinetic Credit Union, Attn:  Member Services, 1251 �13th Street, Columbus, GA  31901.

I agree to receive E-mail reminders of when my eStatements are available for viewing.  I further agree to confirm/update my current E-mail address periodically when prompted during eBranch logon.

It is my responsibility to maintain the proper computer equipment and software that will enable me to view, print and save my online statements for record.   At minimum, you will need a PC or laptop computer, a printer, access to the Internet, and Internet browser software (i.e., Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator) in order to view, print and save eStatements.

It is my responsibility to examine each statement of account and report any irregularities or disputes to the credit union as stated in the Kinetic Credit Union Membership Agreement and Disclosures book.
